JOHN WILSON

Hello! My name is John Wilson,

 

 

I am looking to gain full-time employment within the radio broadcast industry. My aim is to further my current experience and follow my passion of becoming a radio presenter/announcer. I have been pursuing this career path for 3 years now, though my previous employment history has lead me here and helped me develop skills that have come in handy thus far. 

 

 

 I currently study a Bachelor of Media at Adelaide University, which is set to be complete mid 2017. I am also currently employed as an MC (master of ceremony) at Red Square nightclub by Trop Corp, through B.I.E (Beyond Imagination Entertainment). My love of being an entertainer grew from working in that industry for the past 8 years. It has also awarded me the chance to work with many high profile individuals.

 

 

As well as that I also volunteer for both Radio Adelaide and Fresh 92.7 as a presenter. I started first at Radio Adelaide through a university course provided to me through the Bachelor of Media. This eventually lead to me creatng my own show that I still produce, present and manage today. I later decided to volunteer at Fresh 92.7 as well, which has been a very challenging experience. I have recently been awarded a weekly show every Sunday from 3pm-6pm an achievement I am very proud of.
